Everything was great. the staff was very kind and nice. My big room had an exceptionally comfortable bed, air conditioner, and thick curtains. the bidet in the bathroom was a plus. the stay exceeded all expectations.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Rome. the location was extremely convenient, within walking distance of major landmarks and Roma Termini station. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with excellent ensuite bathrooms. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, especially Leonardo who was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was a highlight, with delicious fresh pastries and, of course, the BEST cappuccino in Rome!

The location of Merulana Suite 2 was fantastic, with easy access to the train station, metro, and only a short distance from the Colosseum. The room was spacious and well-maintained, and the bathroom was clean. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a selection of breads, jams, fresh fruit, and coffee. The staff was helpful in answering our questions, and we found it convenient to walk to various attractions or use the nearby metro station. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
